Syuhada graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2019 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in September 2020.
Syuhada is well-versed in legal procedures and law regulations regarding financial crimes, and risk assessment. She was a Compliance Officer at Citibank Malaysia from June 2020 – June 2021 where she specialized in money laundering compliance, regulations, and policies across ASEAN and NAM (United States) regions.
She then decided to return to the legal fraternity in August 2021 and subsequently obtained the Company Secretary’s License.
Prior to joining the Chambers of Kamarul Hisham & Hasnal Rezua, Syuhada practiced at a law firm in Kuala Lumpur focusing on the class-action civil suit in the area of housing development.
The area of law that Syuhada has experience in; includes general litigation, corporate litigation, corporate drafting and advisory, sports law, company and commercial law, probate and administration as well as Will writing.
She is an energetic and ambitious lawyer with an enthusiasm for Paralympic sports. She is part of the Constitutional Review Committee of Paralympic Committee of Malaysia. Her notable works include assisting in the compliance of the reviewed constitution with the provisions of the International Paralympic Council Constitution (IPC).
In October 2021, the Malaysian Disabled Fencing Association appointed Syuhada as the Secretary-General which she continues to serve to date.
